Terms of Service
These terms describe how Falcon Locksmith — an owner-operated mobile locksmith serving the Denver Metro Area — provides service and how this website may be used.
Who performs the work
Work is performed by the owner of Falcon Locksmith. We do not use a call center, a dispatcher, or third-party subcontractors. If we cannot take a job, we say so on the phone rather than passing your job to someone else.
Quotes and pricing
Service call starts at $49. Prices quoted by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing depends on the actual lock, safe, vehicle, hardware, door condition, complexity and any parts required, and is confirmed on site before work begins. Prices shown on this website may change without notice.
Proof of ownership or authority
For any lockout, rekey, key origination, safe opening or hardware change, we require proof that you own the property, vehicle or safe, or that you are authorized to request the work. We reserve the right to refuse or stop a job if that proof cannot be provided.
Scheduling and arrival
Business hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM, every day. Arrival windows are estimates: traffic, weather and the length of the job in progress can affect timing. We call or text if the estimate changes.
Workmanship and parts
Labor is performed to professional locksmith standards. Parts and hardware carry the manufacturer's warranty. Destructive entry — such as drilling a safe or a seized lock — is used only with your explicit authorization and only when it is the appropriate method. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or defective hardware, misaligned doors and frames, or vehicle or safe faults unrelated to the work performed.
Payment and cancellation
Payment is due on completion. If you cancel after we are already en route or on site, the service call fee may still apply.
