When you contact Falcon Locksmith, you speak with Vic, the owner who performs the work. There is no third-party dispatcher or crew sent in his place. Vic maintains professional memberships with ALOA and SAVTA. These are trade-association memberships, not locksmith licenses, manufacturer certifications or a guarantee of compatibility with any particular system.
What Vic does
Vic takes inquiries about residential, commercial, automotive and safe work, including smart locks, access control and lockouts. He arrives in a branded mobile service vehicle and confirms what he can do after reviewing the specific hardware, vehicle, parts and schedule.
Pricing
The service call starts at $49; it is not the total price of every job. Final pricing depends on the service, hardware or vehicle, complexity and parts. Vic quotes the scope before starting and asks for approval if additional work is needed.
